You probably don’t have too much time to ease the aches and pains of office work. These exercises will help you relax without leaving your desk.
- Raise your shoulders and try to touch your ears with them. Hold for a few seconds, then release. Repeat for ten times oruntil your shoulders feel tense.
- Shake your wrists, one at a time, for 30 seconds
- Breathe in, hold your breath for ten seconds, exhale slowly. Repeat five times.
