How to trace sent emails you can’t find

Outlook keeps an automatic record of all activities. To trace emails, open the relevant “Kontaktordner” and click on “Aktivitäten”. Outlook then begins to collect all the available information and gives you a comprehensive list of all emails you have ever sent to the address in question.
If the list is too long, use the dropdown field “Anzeigen” to concentrate your search on specific Outlook elements.
When you have found the object you are looking for, open with a double click.
