Renting a  car is easy these  days with most transactions being made online. But do you  sometimes get stuck because you don’t know all the vocabulary? And are yo uneasy when you have to phone with a question? Here are the  main facts, the most important phrases and the key vocabulary for the next time you need to phone and askabout renting a vehicle.
