When the phone rings, you can usually tell by the display where the call is from. Practice a phrase to say when you see it is an international call.
- Hello, Wernham-Hogg, Erika Fuchs speaking.
- Good Morning, Schwarz Graphics, this is Jennifer Baumgarten.
You may or may not understand the person on the other end of the line. How will you respond? Look at the various situations and see if you can complete the sentences below each one. All of them are useful for unexpected phone calls.
